Delivery Requirements

Signature Required

All neon sign deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions.

Business vs Residential

Residential deliveries are typically made Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Business deliveries may have extended hours. Please provide accurate delivery address details and a contact phone number.

Unable to Deliver?

If the courier cannot deliver your neon sign, it will be held at the nearest depot for collection or a re-delivery can be arranged. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
